November 4, 2026 — schedule switch

Treasure Hours move to Saturdays

Epic moved the weekly cadence after launch. Treasure Hours now land on Saturdays. New Captains arrive on Sundays.

Fortune Treasure Hours

Sat 7 Nov, 2-4 PM ET (7-9 PM UK) and 9-11 PM ET (2-4 AM UK Sun 8 Nov). Everyone drops with a Shock Rocket and a Self-Revive. Fortune Sprite variants are boosted.

Captain's Day

Sun 8 Nov @ 9 AM ET (2 PM UK). Lil Uzi Vert takes over the Stronghold, with a new SMG, Lil' Uzi Vert Jr., and more.

Cursed sprites

Cursed finishes stay temporarily vaulted. Official return is Sat 7 Nov. Do not treat them as live until then.

Transponder Snail is live

The One Piece collab sprite is in the Treasure Hunters pool. Transponder Snail grants extra resources from pickups for you and your party; the bonus grows with each level. Hunt it from Wanted Posters → Sprite Treasure Map → buried Sprite Chest. Lil' Uzi Vert Jr. is expected Sun 8 Nov Captain's Day.

November 1, 2026 — v43.00

Treasure Hunters is live

The mini season launched with update v43.00. Sprite Days are now Captain's Days. Eleven new sprites are in the pool with Fortune (reveals nearby chests) and Cursed (better rare-variant chance, but water hurts you) finishes. Gold variants return on 12 Nov.

Halfpeel'd, Barry O'Fish, Re-Pete, Wayfinder, Kelper, Exmarks, Plundarrgh, Lil' Squibbly, Lil' Flacko, Chester, Sweet Dreams, and the Transponder Snail. The launch eleven also have Fortune and Cursed. Hunt Wanted Posters for Sprite Treasure Maps, then dig buried Sprite Chests.

Coming later this season

Lil' Uzi Vert Jr. is expected Sun 8 Nov Captain's Day. Toggle Show unreleased to keep a slot for it.

Sprite Mastery Quests

Mastery quests are back. Master 7 new sprites to get the Sprite Strongbox Back Bling. Open the Treasure tab in the lobby for the weekly page.

How to hunt

Tear down a Wanted Poster for a Sprite Treasure Map, follow it, and open the buried chest. Exmarks reveals posters and maps. Wayfinder reveals nearby sprites. Lil' Flacko can also drop from A$AP Rocky on the $.$. Rocky.

Honey, Obsession (One Wish Willow), and Quack variants

New Sprite Day. 17 new sprites are live: Honey and Obsession (One Wish Willow) each with Gold / Cheat Master / Loot Hacker / Bounty Hunter / Trick or Treat, plus five Quack finishes. Three Yeat lobby-music codes went live: B1GBODYSW3RVE, PR1VAT3J3T, LUHLEAKYZ.

Honey (bees on damage; Design-A-Sprite by Conejito_sam) and Obsession (One Wish Willow helps collect sprites), each with five variants. Quack Bush, Adventure, Klombo, Jonesy, and Spooky Dash arrive as end-of-season variants and as mastery rewards.

Fortnitemares is live

Four new base sprites plus Trick or Treat Crown. Search Pumpkin Chests and Trick or Treat cheat-code pads. The rest of the Trick or Treat finishes stay in the files until around October 8. Honey and Obsession wait until October 15. Xbox Admin Panel submit works again.

Spooky Dash (phase dash), Vampire (siphon on damage), The Deer (melee damage), and Dumpster Dive (food from hiding props), each with Gold / Cheat Master / Loot Hacker / Bounty Hunter. Trick or Treat Crown unlocks if you already mastered Bounty Hunter Crown.

Sprite Chests are gone. Use island Trick or Treat cheat codes and new Pumpkin Chests. No Fortnitemares sprite has an Admin Panel redeem code. Bounty Hunter Power Hours land Saturday 3 Oct.

Thursday New Sprite Day. 22 sprites: 17 Bounty Hunter variants plus Morgana and its four specials. Birthday followed on Saturday 26 Sep.

What went live

Bounty Hunter for Jonesy, Adventure, Bush, Sonic, Tails, Shadow, 8-Bit, Jackrabbit, Killswitch, Klombo, Overshield, X-Ray, Onigiri, Storm Scout, Blinky, Crash, and Pond. Morgana (Persona — better healing items) with Gold / Cheat Master / Loot Hacker / Bounty Hunter. Bounty Hunter Crown was already live from v42.20.

How Bounty Hunter drops

These variants have a chance to appear when you eliminate an opponent. They only gain Sprite XP from eliminations unless the sprite has special XP rules. Crown is a mastery unlock: win a match with Loot Hacker Crown equipped. Mega Man has no Bounty Hunter art.

September 17, 2026 — v42.20

Crash, Blinky, Pond

Servers came back around 6 AM ET. Epic did not wait for the usual 9 AM sprite reset — Crash, Blinky, Pond, and their variants entered the pool that morning.

What shipped

Crash (air whirlwind), Blinky (cloak on damage), and Pond (super jump), each with Gold / Cheat Master / Loot Hacker. Bounty Hunter Crown unlocks by winning a match with Loot Hacker Crown equipped.

Drop rules from this patch

Any rarity can roll from Rare or Epic cheat-code pads. Epic pads boost variants. Legendary pads guarantee a variant. Going a while without a new sprite raises the odds of one you do not own.

September 3, 2026 — v42.10

Mega Man, Overshield, X-Ray, Onigiri

Sprite Chests left the loot pool. Unlock sprites with cheat codes in the world. Mastered sprites cost half Sprite Dust to resummon.

Confirmed powers

X-Ray periodically marks nearby enemies. Onigiri applies Overdrive after a consumable. Mega Man reduces slide/swim friction. Overshield grants Overshield that scales with level.

Design-A-Sprite winners

X-Ray (Avila215), Onigiri (Enorull — swapped in for Bullet), Pond (Pine & Kiri), and Dumpster Dive (StinkyPrincessGoose, live Oct 1). Honey stays 15 Oct.
